Easter was a fun day for our whole family. The four of us drove to Apple Valley to meet Nana and Papa (John's parents) at their church for Easter Sunday service. The pastor did something very unique during his sermon. He asked all the children come to the front of the church and told them a story about Easter eggs and the significance of each color, tying it all to the resurrection of Jesus. Afterwards, the church organized an Easter egg hunt with hundreds and hundreds of eggs for all the kids to "find" on the grass. Then, it was off to Nana and Papa's house for a yummy lunch, where Karlie enjoyed another egg hunt in their front yard. The girls were too excited for naps while we were at the house, so they crashed on the way home.
